Carlos Bebeacua, a native or Uraguay and resident of Sweden, is attempting to register the Madonna of the Orgasm Church as an official religious group in Sweden. The courts have done their best to keep this from happening, on the grounds that the name is offensive to Christians, but the latest decision seems to have gone his way.
The religion is inspired by Bebeacua's painting, "Madonna of the Orgasm" which was sanctioned at the Worlds Fair for being pornographic. I honestly don't see porn in the painting above, at least not more than most erotic nudes. Whatever.

“The orgasm is the ultimate feeling of lust, it shouldn’t be limited to ejaculation. You can reach it through art or by looking at a landscape and thinking ‘Wow!’”
The church has only preistesses, and has a pretty bare bones dogma. Basically just reverence of sex and orgasm. Sounds good to me.

This is a church I could get behind, a church that could inspire some very long, hard, and deep thoughts.
